SGM FLXTSG 50 lb Gray Flex Set Mortar is a flexible Latex-Portland Cement Mortar formulated for installation of ceramic, mosaic, quarry tiles and dimension stone. This super polymerized mortar is designed to be used for installations requiring high performance and provides greater coverage with excellent handling characteristics. Redispersible powder additives and plasticizers are used to improve flexibility, adhesion, provide greater bond strength and resistance to impact and shock. These additives allow for some latitude in time, working conditions and temperature. Flex Set will reduce tile cracking when used on substrates subject to minor deflection. Flex Set may be used to bridge-over existing in-plane cracks up to 1/16” without the need for additional surface preparation.
